Not sure how you got on with Pepe - I´ve just emailed Lisa with the link to a document, copying you. It would be really useful to have a photocopy of the constitution and wonder if you could get that from Leo. You could say that the foreigners are asking what is in the constitution - if you could scan and put on the forum, that would be great. If the forum won´t accept images, you can send to me and I´ll translate it for them wot don´t read Spanish.

Sorry, but you and Lisa did say that you would do what I said......as your foreign "president"
