Procedure for registering as a member of ADECOM and proposing candidates

During an informal meeting in the Town Hall on 15.01.2009 it was agreed, that in order to register the members of this association, you are kindly requested to present the following documentation to Leo ( a staff member of the Town Hall, please ask Mercedes in the reception):

Name of the company you wish to enter the association
Cif. of company (If your company is a S.A., S.L. or S.C.)
Person in charge of company

If you are “Autónomo”, please bring your NIE-number together with your latest receipt of paid social security payments.

If you have any doubts or questions, please do not hesitate to contact LISA in Inland Property Centre on 629 606 996.


The date for applications expires on 16.02.09 and the first formal meeting in the association will take place on 19.02.09. If you would like to name any candidates for the permanent committee to be established during this meeting, you may leave your choice of candidates with Leo in a sealed envelope, or you may choose to vote during the first formal meeting.
